Honolulu (Hawaii) / USA (embarkation) / Honolulu, the vibrant capital of the Hawaiian Islands, enchants with a unique blend of tropical paradise, rich Polynesian culture, and modern metropolis. On the island of Oahu, it stretches under the majestic volcanic crater Diamond Head, and its symbol is the world-famous Waikiki Beach with fine sand, palm trees, and the clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. Besides beautiful beaches, Honolulu also offers the historic Iolani Palace, lively districts full of restaurants and shops, and the nearby Pearl Harbor, reminiscent of the dramatic events of World War II. The scent of tropical flowers, traditional Hawaiian music, and the friendly aloha atmosphere give the city an unmistakable charm. Honolulu is a place where relaxation by the ocean naturally blends with fascinating history, exotic nature, and adventure.

Kona (Hawaii) / USA / With up to three hundred sunny days a year, the western side of the Big Island of Hawaii can boast, so it's no wonder that kings also preferred it over the eastern side. Monuments to them – as well as beautiful beaches and coffee-covered slopes – are still proudly displayed in Kailua-Kona today. Explore the period interiors of the former royal palace Hulihee and admire the magnificent ocean views from the residence of the founder of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Head to the Captain James Cook monument and enjoy great snorkeling in the stunning bay where he was murdered. Finally, taste the highly prized local coffee on one of the plantations on the slopes of the Hualalai volcano.

Vancouver (British Columbia) / Canada (disembarkation) / At the mouth of the Fraser River into the Pacific Ocean lies Vancouver, the most significant city on Canada's west coast. This charming metropolis, surrounded by mountains and stunning nature, is often referred to as one of the best places to live on earth. Contributing to this are the mild climate, numerous tourist attractions, and friendly and kind residents. Vancouver is an important sports center – for example, the Winter Olympics were held here in 2010. In the summer season, it is a popular port and destination for cruise ships, for which it is an ideal gateway to Alaska.
