Singapore / Singapore (embarkation) / The independent city-state was founded in its modern form in 1819 and just five years later it fully belonged to Britain. This was the case, with the exception of a short period during World War II, until 1963, when it gained independence. Today, one of the most densely populated states in the world is visited by 15 million tourists annually. Stroll through the beautiful gardens on the coast, take a ride on the giant Ferris wheel, and enjoy the stunning views. Visit the Chinese quarter, Little India, and the Arab part of Singapore to experience its multicultural atmosphere. Shop on Bugis Street with more than 800 shops and don't miss the island of Sentosa.

Georgetown (Penang) / Malaysia / In the second half of the 18th century, what is now one of Malaysia's most popular tourist destinations became the first British fortress in Southeast Asia. A safe harbor between Malaysia and Sumatra, used for centuries by both Asian and European traders, offers an interesting mix of architecture, unique street art, and excellent gastronomy. Stroll through the alleys of the historic center, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and along one of the Chinese clan jetties lined with stilt houses. Admire the beautiful Kek Lok Si Buddhist temple and the breathtaking views from Penang Hill, and indulge in whatever your heart desires.

Phuket / Thailand / West of the Thai mainland, in the Andaman Sea, lies the country's largest island, Phuket. As early as the 9th century, the island was situated on an important trade route between India and China, and since the 16th century, when tin mining began here, it also attracted the attention of European powers. Today, the "Pearl of Thailand" is best known for its beautiful beaches, turquoise sea, romantic bays, and unforgettable sunsets. Every year, millions of visitors come to discover the island's rich history, culture, and natural beauty. Among the most interesting places are the Thalang Museum, the 45-meter statue of the Great Buddha, and the picturesque beaches, which make Phuket one of the most popular destinations in Southeast Asia.

Hambantota is the gateway to stunning beaches, beautiful nature, and cultural and religious monuments. Explore the Martello stone tower from the early 19th century and the exotic flora of the lovely botanical garden. Admire the interesting complex of temples of three religions, embark on a safari in Yala National Park, and go bird watching in Kumana National Park. Relax on the sandy beaches on the shores of the Indian Ocean and in the natural hot springs of Madunagala.
