Ship Costa Deliziosa

Costa Deliziosa is a true jewel of the Costa fleet: both stylish and comfortable, it is a true expression of Italian style. The artistic design of the ship involved many artists and masters. Furniture made of polished steel and Murano glass highlights the names of the decks, dedicated to ornamental flowers. A true artistic treasure is "Sfera" by Italian sculptor Arnaldo Pomodoro.

The ship was ordered in 2007 along with four other ships for the Costa Cruises fleet. Costa Deliziosa was built in Italian Fincantieri, where it was completed and handed over to Costa Crociere in January 2010. It is smaller in size and therefore more flexible and has a greater range of travel routes - for example, it can pass through the Panama Canal.

The production cost of Costa Deliziosa was approximately 450 million USD.
